Who Should Attend
- Management and operations team members who wish to learn and use lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems using all the tools of LeanSigma.
Skill Development
- Three, one-week training sessions consisting of two weeks of classroom training at TBM’s facility in Durham, NC and a one-week Sigma Kaizen event at a plant site where you experience real-world application of your learned concepts and tools. Your project will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts, who will mentor you online and by phone as you progress through the training.
- There are four weeks between the event week and the second week of training, during which you will use LeanSigma skills to complete the define and measure phases and begin the analysis phase of your project.
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of the training and two projects, demonstrating proficiency in applying Green Belt tools.
