- How to lead project teams to rapidly implement high-impact business improvement
- Methods to engage executive management and to ensure effective governance of your LeanSigma initiative

Skill Mastery
- Four, one-week training sessions consisting of three weeks of classroom training at TBM’s facility in Durham, NC and a one-week Sigma Kaizen event at a plant site. The Sigma Kaizen event combines intensive learning with hands-on application of your learned concepts and tools to an actual project. It also allows you to experience the rapid application of your new analytical improvement tools
- There are three to four weeks between the training weeks, during which you will use LeanSigma skills to complete your projects. Projects will be selected with the guidance of one of our Master Black Belt instructors who will mentor you online and by phone as you progress through training.
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of the classroom training and two projects, demonstrating proficiency in applying Black Belt tools.
